What Delivery Options Does Businessco Online Offer?
At BusinessCo Online, we offer Free Shipping in Australia. Unfortunately, BusinessCo Online does not ship to anywhere outside of Australia.
In order to maximise efficiency and minimise delays, we currently use our suppliers who provide drop ship delivery.
Orders for stocked items typically depart within 24-hours of receipt of order and payment confirmation during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times for Standard shipping may vary depending upon your proximity to metropolitan areas of each capital city, with customers typically receiving delivery following despatch within 2 - 3 Working Days.
For customers who reside outside of metropolitan areas, including regional areas. Deliveries can be expected after despatch within 3 - 5 Working Days.
Our suppliers ship stock via various courier companies, all of which require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone will be at the destination address to minimise any delays in getting your order. How do I track the status of my order?
The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the ‘Track Order’ function which can be found at the bottom of the website, or within the ‘Orders’ option of Your Account.
Please note, only items using Australia Post eParcel currently support online tracking. Items that are being drop-shipped from a supplier may be temporarily unavailable for tracking due to the involvement of a 3rd party. Please check back shortly for updated tracking information.
